Composite insulator mold defects and solving ways

When making the composite insulator mold, there are a lot of problems we are facing.

Below, we list some representative defects we are facing, and also list out the suggestions for how to solve those defects.

3. The mold has not been cleaned.3. Clean the   mold carefully.

Suggestion:   Need to adjust according to the parameter giving by rubber material supplier.
3Incompletely filled part1. The amount of glue injected is not enough for the product1. Increasing the amount of gule injected
2. There is glue leakage in the die cavity2. Find out the   glue leakage place, and fix it to make sure there will be no glue leakage   anymore.
3. The cold runner temperature is too high, the glue is   vulcanized in the cold runner.3. Re-cleaning   the cold runner, and lower down the cold runner temperature.
4Cutted shed surfacesheds fracture1. The temperature is too high.1Lowering the   temperature.
